Madina Papel is an animated short by Samah Damanhoori and Eun Bi Chang. The story is set in a world made of paper. The short focuses on the life of a young man and his return home.

For this project, I was tasked with creating all the background pieces for the short. Some backgrounds were based on 3D models while others sketched and painted by hand.
